JOSHUA PIELAGO

Founder, Managing Director

 JOSHUA has helped marketing agencies, small businesses, and startups to build better products and reach the right customers. Over the years, his products and campaigns have generated millions of dollars in revenue and has fueled the growth of companies worldwide, from established companies in Fortune 500 to emerging companies in the recent Inc's Fast 500.

Prior to founding LOKAL, Joshua headed Product Development for a white label marketing agency that provides white label digital marketing services and web apps SaaS. He has also held positions as Head of Product for a Venture firm, and prior to that, he was Operations Manager for an offshore business services firm and a data analysis company.

He leads Product PH, a community for Product Managers, and is currently the Managing Director of LOKAL, a performance-centric product and marketing agency focused on helping agencies and startups in South East Asia.

RAMON KING III

Founder, Managing Partner

RK began his real estate career with Alveo Land Corp., an Ayala Land company, as a property specialist, and within 3 days after graduating from basic training, he already made his first sale.  In due time, he was promoted to be the youngest Sales Director in history.

In 2011, RK was assigned to handle Alveo Land's first-ever condo project in Davao City. On the day of its official launch in Davao, Alveo Land broke all previously set records by becoming the first-ever real estate project in the company's history to sell more than PHP 1 billion in 6 hours. RK was one of the leading sales managers who contributed to the feat of the said project.
